Day 3 in Tokyo - FUN DAY!!

It was so hard to narrow my pictures down from this morning's excursion to Digital Labs Borderless ! I can't wait to go back and see their other installation called Planets - we just ran out of time, trying to fit everything in! Loved this place - the rooms are constantly changing - so you don't even have to move and with in minutes your immersed in another world! So cool !! loved it!!

After 2.75 hours in Borderless we dashed over to our Sumo lunch show. This was highly recommended by my girlfriend Meagan, who was recently there, and I am so glad she told us  to do!! Again tons of Fun, the lunch was super yummy and you could have as much as you wanted, I had seconds !! Bosco got picked to be one of 8 competitors to take on the wrestlers - he was pumped!! Sadly he didn't win his match, but gave it an enthusiastic try!

After Sumo we went for a walk in the area near Senso - Ji Temple and ran into Theresa, Riley & Gavin. They taught us how to do our fortunes at the Temple; and Riley was looking to upgrade his from Bad to Good. You tie Bad fortunes to wire racks so they blow away!

Got to love a place that sells shirts saying " Where the heck is Yap? " Colonia ( population 3,100 ) is the Capital and Harbor town of Yap State ( population 11,600 ) one of four states in the Federated States of Micronesia. We are in the Pacific Ocean or Philippine Sea just north of the equator, Papua New Guinea and Australia.

Ternate, Indonesia, which is both the name of the city and island, and is part of the Maluku Islands in eastern Indonesia. It is a port that sees maybe 3 Cruise ships a year. However, they really made an effort to show us the best of what they can offer. It's mainly a Muslim country, and we knew we had to dress discretely, but we knew little else. We didn't have our typical port talk prior, due to a technical issue with the AV equipment. Ben a fellow resident, organized an island tour, with about 8 stops, for 90 of us residents.

Cebu greeted our Ship with a big warm welcome, despite having just been rocked by a major Earthquake, days before our arrival. The Minister of Tourism arrived with a motorcade and she proceeded to chat with the residents and thank us, for all our support.
