This is a subtitle for your new post

The water was a little murky or cloudy at times with the changing tide but some of the corals and fish colors popped out - these underwater photos are all from friends who had underwater cameras of varying types.

After snorkeling we stopped at KokoMana local chocolate farm and meet with the Chocolatier shown below who is one of 3 ladies who makes all the yummy chocolate creations listed below. They only use 2 ingredients chocolate pods and island sugar cane, no dairy!

Lastly we walked in town and did some browsing and shopping. Caught the lady below enjoying her job with some dance moves to the grocery tunes - three groceries all in same area of town - play loud catchy dance music, and lots of people are hanging around just having a good time while other shop. I asked if it was all the times and they said mainly just now for the Holidays. One cashier told me sales are better as a result! We wondered through open market stalls and 2nd lady was busy making these ribbon creations. She explained they make big mound ones for gravesites and hanging scarf ones to dress up outfits for Christmas and New Years day!

The next couple pictured below didn't mind when we broke into giggles over advertisement for Chicken Manure - they have tons out it with their chicken farm. We bought some fresh pastry to try - a cream bun that bakery said was local favorite - can see why - light and delicious. Some snacks and treats for the crew for the Holidays. And I even found a dress for Christmas.

I write this post with a heavy heart, tragedy has struck our happy Community. One of our much loved, founding residents had a heart attack and sadly didn't recover, as we sailed to Moorea.

I threw together an impromptu Bachelorette party for Angie tonight! Angie and Gian are getting married for a third time in Hawaii next week. They will be alone this time and it turns out she never had a Shower or Bachelorette to celebrate her first 2 marriages on the Ship, last May! Our girl deserved a fun night to celebrate her! So we took over a section the outdoor seating at Les 3 Brassuers, and their great band had us all up dancing! It's amazing what you can do with a bunch of WhatsApp messages to fellow ladies, some tulle, sparkles and always handy flower lei's ! One of the ladies even went and bought her some lingerie! I love our supportive community!

I got to go Sailing Again! We were supposed to head to the COOK ISLANDS after the lovely Rangiroa and the Tuamotu Archipelago, but due to stormy weather there, with all unprotected tender ports, they made the decision to head us southwest, back to the protected port in Papeeta (Tahiti). We got lucky and Holly ( pictured below) found us a sailboat available for charter.
