Today was just pure relaxation! We arranged with Tourism lady from yesterday, to have Penyali Resort send a boat to Tarempa port to pick 10 of us up and take us to the Resort, for the day. The speed boat ride took about an hour. Some of us just floated about with cocktails, others snorkled but all had a great time. They prepared a yummy lunch for us, with a fresh grouper fish, we literally picked up, on our way there.

Our group was organized by Holly and included Jim, Melody & John, Amy & Greg, John, Terri, Bosco & I. The Captain and his wife worked for the resort and her nephew and 2 of his high school friends joined us on the ride.

Our yummy lunch served with rice and they had beer, soda and water to accomany. It was very tasty! I especially loved the broccoli! We always get frozen on the ship ( it's fine ) but I prefer this steamed goodness!

On the way back, we saw stop at a Fish Farm for a little tour and to see where our lunch had been harvested. Fishing is the sustaining business here especially for Grouper, Napoleans, Squid and Seaweed. It is frozen and sent on mainly to China. You really get a sense of how big a business it is when you see all the water farms! The Farms probably take up as much room as the residential homes!

Little India is a neighborhood in Singapore that I wanted to explore becase I love Indian food and their Temple's have such unique gods and Architecture, super colorful and detailed. Below is the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, Singapore's first temple dedicated to Veeramakaliammam or the Kali , a fierce incarnation of Shiva's wife and the "Destroyer of Evil" .

We just relaxed on the Island of Koh Chang, Thailand. It's one of the largest Thai Islands in the Gulf of Thailand and it has a dense, steep jungle & National Park covering the interior of the Island, which extends off shore, to coral reefs. The coast line is dotted with beaches and villages. This was a tender port, so we decided to stay on the Island for 3 nights, to be able to experience the nightlife. Turns out, it is low season, so nightlife was pretty sleepy. However, we did find a new favorite night time activity! Any Guesses?!?
