We had a van rented for a full day of touring for 11 of us, but our driver and the city shutdowns made that first morning complicated.
We could only see Tiananmen Square through the barricades and next to nothing of the Forbidden City, So Fitting! So off to The Temple of Heaven and then the 798 Arts Area.

Later we went to a Shopping area called The Place - with a giant LED ceiling and fun bar and restaurant areas.
Thursday, October 23rd we arrived in the Port of Bitung, Indonesia to huge fan fare despite the pouring rain. Turns out we were the first cruise ship to visit this Port in a long time!
WOW!!! PALAU is the tropical Paradise I have been dreaming about! This is trip just reached a new level of OMG!!
